If you are using more than your standard limit, disconnecting your commerce or removing or unmatching your Wallet payout account deactivates both your fixed part and add-on. If you are within your standard limit, you simply lose the add-on and keep your fixed limit. To stay safe, keep your commerce connected and your payouts routed to your wallet while you are drawing on your add-on.
