Got funds sitting in your wallet in one currency, but need them in another? Easy fix—you can convert them directly in the platform! This is especially handy if your merchant pays in a different currency than the one you’ll use to settle your invoice with Treyd. Below you'll find a short walkthrough of the platform that explains in more depth how to convert your currency with just a few clicks 🔮

Head over to Wallet in the left-hand menu and take a look at your Balance breakdown.

Next to the balance you want to change, click the three little dots and choose Convert.

On the conversion page, pop in the amount you’d like to convert (any amount up to your available balance), select the new currency, and you’ll instantly see the FX rate and exactly how much you’ll get after the conversion!

Happy with the numbers? Hit Confirm request and you’re all set!

After a quick approval on our side, your new funds will appear in your wallet in the currency you need 🚀
