Why was my order sent back?

Your order was sent back because some details didn’t match or need updating.

You’ll either get a What’sApp message or an email letting you know the order is back in draft. In the platform, you can see more details regarding the order being sent back.

Review your order, make the updates, then sign and submit again. If anything is unclear, contact support.
