Time to repay your order? Here’s what to know!
Okay, so we’ve paid your supplier- now it’s time for you to repay us. Below you’ll find some useful info before placing your first repayment back to Treyd. Happy reading! ✌️
How to make a repayment
To repay an order, you’ll need to initiate a bank transfer directly from your bank to Treyd!
The exact payment details can vary based on things like your location, the currency you’re paying in, and which financing partner has been assigned to you. Because of this, it’s extra important to always use the payment details shown on each individual invoice.
How to find your payment details
- Log in to the Treyd platform
- Go to Invoices on the left-hand menu
- Select the invoice you want to repay
- Click Preview and scroll to the bottom
- There you’ll find all the information you need to complete the bank transfer.
Types of repayment methods you might see
Depending on your setup, your repayment instructions might look a bit different.
- Local payment details (such as a local account number and sort code)
- International payments detail (will require a SWIFT/BIC and IBAN)
A few important notes ☝️
- Always send the payment exactly as shown on your invoice
- Pay in the same currency listed on the invoice
- Cover any bank fees to make sure the full amount arrives
Once we’ve received your payment, the invoice will move over to your "Closed" invoices in the platform and your credit limit will be topped back up- meaning you’ll have brand new space to create new orders!
International transfers can take anywhere from 5-7 days to reach us, but if you are still not seeing this updated on the system after those 7 days, or if you have any questions with this repayment process, please reach out to Customer Support through the chat on the platform or by email at support@treyd.io.
