When should I use Convert & Settle instead of a regular currency conversion?
Use Convert & Settle when your goal is to repay a Treyd invoice using funds held in another wallet currency. If you simply want to exchange currencies and keep the funds in your wallet, use a regular conversion instead.
Do I need to create a separate FX conversion before settling an invoice?
No. If you use Convert & Settle, Treyd will handle both the currency conversion and invoice settlement together.
Can I convert currency and settle an invoice at the same time?
Yes. The Convert & Settle feature allows you to convert funds from one wallet currency and settle an invoice in a single request.
Is the FX rate guaranteed when I submit a Convert & Settle request?
No. The FX rate shown when you submit the request is indicative. The final rate applied may differ slightly when the request is processed.

How do I withdraw funds from my Treyd Wallet?
Go to Wallet, click Withdraw, enter the amount and currency, select your bank account, and confirm.

Go to Invoices, select the invoices you want to repay, click Settle, and choose Wallet as the payment method.
Is there a limit to how much I can convert?
You can convert up to your available balance in the selected currency.
Can I download my wallet details?
Yes. You can download a PDF with your account details using the Download confirmation button.
Can I convert any currency in my wallet?
You can convert between currencies that are available and supported in your Treyd Wallet.
