Yes. You can download a PDF with your account details using the Download confirmation button.
What details need to be included for my payables invoice to be automatically settled?
As long as you include the invoice’s unique reference or the Treyd invoice number when making your payment, our system will automatically settle it on your behalf once your funds land in the wallet.
Can I hold multiple currencies in my wallet?
Yes. The wallet supports multiple currencies, each with its own balance and account details.
Where can I track my withdrawal?
You can follow your withdrawal in the wallet section under the requests and transactions tabs in the platform.
What is the Treyd Wallet?
The Treyd Wallet is a multi-currency account where your funds are received, held, and used for payouts, supplier payments, and repayments.
Can I add funds to my wallet?
Yes. You can top up your wallet at any time to cover Treyd repayments.
When will I see the converted funds?
Once approved, the converted amount will appear in your wallet in the new currency.
How do I convert currency in my Treyd Wallet?
Go to Balance breakdown, click the three dots next to your balance, and select Convert.
Do I need to manually move funds in the wallet?
No. Funds will be automatically applied to the corresponding invoices if the details match.
What email notifications will I receive for wallet payments?
We’ll send email notifications when funds arrive in your Treyd Wallet and when customer repayments are automatically processed and matched to invoices.
