What happens to my existing orders if my limit drops?

They continue to their agreed term. A change to your limit only affects your ability to place new orders.

How will I know when my limit changes?

You will get an in-app notification and an email whenever your add-on changes.

How do I go back to my standard limit only?

Contact Treyd Support, and we'll switch off the add-on so you keep your standard limit.

Do I need to change anything in Treyd?

No. Once your Shopify payouts land in your Wallet, your add-on activates automatically at the next update.

Will my order use the fixed part or the add-on first?

Neither. Your limit is used as one number, so orders are not split between the two parts

What if I sell in more than one currency?

You only need to route at least one currency to your Wallet. The more currencies you route, the more add-on you can unlock. Add each currency's Treyd Wallet details as a separate payout account in Shopify.

Do I need to apply for the add-on?

No. It is switched on automatically once you meet all the conditions.
